Our facility information is compiled from public sources including SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) databases and information submitted by facilities directly.

6. Privacy and Personal Data

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
