Can I start mat while I am on probation or parole in Michigan?

Yes — Healthy Michigan Plan can pay retroactively for up to 3 months of prior treatment in most cases, provided you were eligible during that period. Save all receipts and itemized statements from MAT programs and submit them to the Medicaid enrollment caseworker.
Does TRICARE cover mat for active-duty or retired military?
